1.       Design Overview

The STFood Company factory is designed with the primary goal of optimizing production processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Spanning an area of 2 hectares, the facility includes various functional zones, such as production lines, raw material storage, as well as office areas and product research and development spaces.

The architecture of the factory emphasizes minimalism and modernity. The workshop blocks are scientifically arranged to minimize travel distances between different areas and improve traffic flow efficiency. Additionally, the office block serves as a focal point within the industrial park, featuring large glass panels that not only enhance natural light but also create a connection with the surrounding environment.

2. Materials, Construction Techniques, and Sustainability

One of the standout features of the factory’s design is the use of sustainable materials and advanced construction technologies. The walls and roof are made from insulation materials that meet food factory standards, helping to reduce energy consumption and maintain a stable temperature throughout the year.

The large glass windows not only take advantage of natural light but also create a bright and airy working environment. Additionally, the warehouse areas are equipped with skylights and light-reflecting panels (on both walls and roofs), ensuring effective natural ventilation and light, which contributes to greater efficiency once the facility is operational.
